Provide consultation and ongoing implementation of customer concept and development networks. Regularly work with the following technologies; Cisco CUCM, CUCME, VMware, IPBX, Security Management, SIP and TDM Gateways, as well as having a vast knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP / 7, Server 2K3, 2K8 and Active directory.
- Design and delivery of multi node Cisco CallManager Network, delivering solution to Saudi National Guard with ongoing R&D for future opportunities.
- 4th line support for NATO voice and data, tactical network. Worked within Joint Force Headquarters Afghanistan and across multiple geographical locations.
- VoIP integration for the UK MOD - Design, implementation and integration testing of a CUCME network integrated into a V-Sat network.
- TDM integration into CUCME and PTT Radio Network using WAVE, installed into Germany operations centre, interfacing military radio communications over VoIP connecting Nortel CS1K, CUCME and local PSTN.
- Worked as part of a team alongside the British Military to install/commission and deliver a satellite voice and data network into multiple locations across Iraq. Nortel CS1K with QSIQ/ESGF protocols commissioned to interface into a Passport and V-Sat network.
- E1/T1 voice firewall - deployed system to interface U.K MOD CS1K with U.S IPBX in Basra Iraq, solution provided Voice Recoding and E1 B - channel policy management
